E-Laab Gamification Platform
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the E-laab marketing site and the campaigns, games and prize experiences we host. They are between you and E-laab. The specific rules of any individual promotion — who may enter, the prizes, the draw and the closing date — are set by the brand running it and shown to you before you enter.
Version 2026-08-01 (draft) · Effective: [DD Month 2026] · Languages: English · العربية
1. Who these terms are with
The E-laab platform is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [REG. NO.] ("E-laab", "we", "us"). By using the marketing site, entering a campaign, or playing a game hosted on the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. E-laab's role, and the tenant's
E-laab is software that brands, retailers and agencies (tenants) use to run their own promotions. For almost every campaign, the tenant — not E-laab — is the promoter: they set the entry rules, fund and award the prizes, and are responsible for the promotion complying with the law and any permit requirements where it runs. Where these terms and a campaign's own terms conflict on a matter the tenant controls (eligibility, prizes, the draw), the campaign's terms apply.
3. Who may use the platform
You must be at least the minimum age stated for a campaign — 18 by default, and never below 13 or the local digital-consent age where that is higher. You must give accurate information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and enter a promotion only if you are eligible under its own terms. The admin workspace is for authorised business users of a tenant or of E-laab.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Promotions must be fair, so you must not: enter more times than a campaign allows; use bots, scripts, automation, or multiple or fake identities to gain extra entries or prizes; clear or spoof device, browser or network signals to evade entry limits; tamper with, probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security, rate limits or integrity checks of the platform; submit forged, altered or re-used proof of purchase; or interfere with another entrant's participation.
We run automated and manual integrity checks (see the Privacy Policy, section 6). We may block an entry, withhold or revoke a prize, suspend an account, or disqualify a participant where we reasonably believe these rules were broken. Where a decision is solely automated and significantly affects you, you can ask for human review.
5. Entries, prizes and winners
Each campaign's own terms govern how to enter, the number and type of prizes, how winners are selected, the closing date and any publication of winners. Prizes are provided by the tenant or its fulfilment partners. To claim certain prizes you may need to verify your identity, provide a delivery address, accept the campaign terms, or meet a tax or prize-regulation requirement. A prize that is not claimed or cannot be delivered within the period the campaign states may be forfeited or awarded to another entrant where the campaign terms allow. E-laab does not itself promise, fund or guarantee any prize except where E-laab is expressly named as the promoter.
6. Your content and the licence you give
Where a mechanic lets you upload content (a receipt photo, a quiz answer, a submission), you keep ownership of it. You grant E-laab and the tenant a limited licence to store, process and use that content to run the campaign, verify your entry, award and deliver prizes, and meet our legal and audit obligations. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
7. Intellectual property
The E-laab platform, its software, design and the E-laab name and logo are owned by E-laab or its licensors. Campaign branding and content belong to the tenant. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or redistribute the platform except as the law expressly permits.
8. Availability, changes and third-party links
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features, or end a campaign, in line with the campaign's own terms. Campaign pages may link to a tenant's site, a retailer, an app store or a social platform; we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not exclude or limit liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, E-laab is not liable for the conduct of a tenant or of other users, for a prize a tenant fails to deliver, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live. [LIABILITY CAP AND ANY CONSUMER CARVE-OUTS TO BE SET BY COUNSEL FOR EACH JURISDICTION.]
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the platform or to a campaign if you break these terms or a campaign's terms, or where we must to protect the platform, other users or comply with the law. You can stop using the platform at any time; see the Privacy Policy, section 15, for how to delete your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the platform or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. For a material change we will give reasonable notice; continuing to use the platform after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, and subject to the dispute-resolution route set out there. Questions about these terms: [legal@e-laab.com or privacy@e-laab.com]. Postal: [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
